ok guys and chicks...here's my problem...I have tried to optimize my settings and computer lately...won't work...for instance i typed in the console /com_hunkmegs "512" and it said it would take effect after restart but now its says exactly this: hunkmegs is :"512" Default is: "56" Latched: "56" so does that mean it is stuck at "56" and i cant do 512 mb memory? i have 1 GB of memory i don't get it...also when i do /com_maxfps 125 is always resets it to 85...its like i cant get it to stay, i don't wanna have to type it each time i play or switch servers...any help guys? sorry for the long read.

ok about the hunkmegs...well it works on mine so i cant be of much help..have you tried lower then 512? and as far as setting maxfps 125....dont you think thats a little high? do you always have at least 125fps? are you trying to get the run boost? there is no sense...it isnt that big a diff...and aside 85 fps isnt that bad.ive messed around with all of those cmds to improve performance...and i dont find a big diff...i think if ya want better performance you might as well improve the hardware in your comp...
as L0 would say..... .....thats my .87686575 cent...

u have set to 512 and it's set to it! it works!! Everytime u change something and u just type command without value/number in u get 2 results 1st: is what u have atm (512) 2nd: is the default number (56) u get 2nd number so u can use it as a "legend" it's your marking point- from where u start so in case if u screw up u can always return to that point (number) and start again, so u don't guess what's the default number and spend few hours adjusting cmd.... and u can easy set your fps in your wolfconfig_mp.cfg- type in at the end or look for it and change it inside (ctrl + f) notepad, seta com_maxfps "125" and maxfps doesn't mean u will play at this fps this is just the maxfps that will be allowed u to reach it i had etc 76- u can set it as u wish but it also dependes from your hardware- but there are few numbers that ppl sugest to use it due tj (trick jumping) improves....but that's totaly different subject hope it help, later
